Internal Sales Executive – Door Entry Systems

to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an Internal Sales Executive to support commercial activity across the UK. This is an internally focused role, centred around lead generation, relationship development, and supporting field-based sales colleagues within a well-established installer and distributor network.
You do not need prior experience in door entry systems. What matters most is that you’re commercially minded, confident on the phone, and comfortable working with technical products.
Full product training and ongoing support will be provided.
This is a consultative sales environment, not hard sell. You’ll focus on understanding customer needs, qualifying opportunities, and helping deliver tailored solutions that genuinely add value.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Proactively prospecting new business via phone, email, and marketing campaigns
* Following up and qualifying inbound and internally generated leads
* Building and nurturing relationships with installers and distributors across the UK
* Supporting senior sales colleagues by creating high-quality, qualified opportunities
* Presenting products remotely and confidently explaining technical solutions
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and managing your internal sales pipeline
What You’ll Need:
* A proactive, professional, and consultative sales approach
* At least 1 years’ experience in an internal sales, telesales, or commercial sales role
* Confidence communicating with customers by phone and video
* Strong organisation and relationship-building skills
* A genuine interest in technology or technical products
