This Service Advisor position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in customer service and a passion for the automotive industry. As part of this position, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the high standards of the dealership.
Benefits:
* Basic salary up to £27,000, dependent on experience
* On target earnings exceeding £30,000
* Monday to Friday working week, with 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota

Duties:
* Advising customers on vehicle repairs, technical queries, and maintenance options
* Booking vehicles in for servicing and organising work schedules efficiently
* Keeping customers updated on repair progress and vehicle status
* Selling additional repairs, parts, and services to meet customer needs
* Finalising invoices accurately and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
* Prior experience as a Service Advisor or Commercial Service Advisor within a dealership setting
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and independently
* Professional approach and commitment to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction
* Full valid driving licence
