The Opportunity
A market-leading technology company in the UK health and care sector is entering a major growth phase and is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead two transformative launches.
The business already holds a dominant position in its market but is evolving its brand to better reflect its scale, sophistication and product innovation. At the same time, it is introducing a new intelligence platform that will redefine how care providers use data to improve outcomes.
This role sits at the centre of that transformation. You will lead the go-to-market execution for a full brand relaunch while also driving adoption of a category-defining intelligence product. Senior Marketing Manager - PCS

What You’ll Own
Brand Launch & Market Positioning
Lead the go-to-market execution of a new brand identity, bringing it to life across every touchpoint including campaigns, content, events, PR and digital channels.
Ensure the brand reflects the organisation’s market leadership and platform strength, delivering a cohesive and modern presence across website, sales materials, customer communications and industry engagement.
Product Launch & Category Creation
Own the go-to-market strategy for a new intelligence platform designed to help care providers benchmark performance, improve outcomes and make evidence-based decisions.
Define target segments, shape positioning and deliver campaigns that drive adoption.
Integrated Campaigns & PR Strategy
Manage external agencies and oversee PR strategy to build market presence through press, analyst relations, industry events and thought leadership.
Product Marketing & Messaging
Develop clear messaging frameworks that connect product capabilities with real customer outcomes, ensuring every campaign supports both brand positioning and product growth.
Customer Marketing & Advocacy
Activate the customer base through case studies, advocacy programmes and reference initiatives that demonstrate real-world impact.
Sales Enablement & Demand Generation
Collaborate with product marketing and growth marketing teams to develop sales materials, campaigns and marketing programmes that support both brand awareness and pipeline growth.
What We’re Looking For
You will likely bring:
* 5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS marketing
* Experience working across both brand marketing and product marketing
* A track record of brand repositioning or major marketing launches
* Experience launching data, analytics, or technology products
* Strong campaign management across PR, content, digital and events
* Experience managing agencies and external partners
* Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales and customer teams

* Strong storyteller who can simplify complex platforms
* Commercially minded with a focus on brand perception, pipeline and revenue impact
