Job Title: Senior Client Accounts Assistant

Overview

This role will be based in our new Landlord Support Team, focusing on the customer journey from a client monies perspective and ensuring excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead by example to deliver improvements to the Landlord Client Money journey.
* Encourage a high‑performance culture focused on understanding and meeting Landlord needs from a client accounts perspective.
* Promote excellent customer service at the core of all client transactions and interactions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Senior PM/Branch staff and Landlord Clients.
* Collaborate with Client Accounts colleagues and the wider business to identify further improvement opportunities in the Landlord’s money movement experience.
* Work with the Acquisition team to facilitate smooth transitions of landlords into the business from acquisitions and management takeovers.
* Act as a first point of escalation for accounts needing additional support, investigating and resolving complaints related to Client Accounts issues.
* Provide upskilling and support to improve the team’s knowledge and service delivery through 1‑2‑1 meetings, quality auditing, coaching, and regular communication.
* Offer support for complex accounting queries from branches on client money movement, compliance, audits, tax regulations, and non‑resident Landlord processes.
Qualifications
* Essential:
o Passion for Customer Service / Client Accounts experience.
o Ownership‑driven approach to problem solving.
o Excellent telephone manner and written vocabulary.
* Desirable:
o Accounts, Tax and/or finance experience.
o Experience in the Lettings industry, PropCo, Reapit, and other Lettings systems.
o Advanced Excel skills.
