Service Coordinator
Location: Four Ashes, Wolverhampton
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Permanent (Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm)
Total Crane Solutions are looking for a motivated and organised Service Coordinator to join our friendly office-based team in Four Ashes, Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing company, where you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
*
Coordinate and manage engineers’ daily schedules
*
Prepare and organise quotations for customers
*
Process and organise customer invoices
*
Regularly liaise with customers and suppliers
*
Raise and manage purchase orders
*
Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently
*
Carry out additional operational and administrative duties as required
About You:
*
Previous experience in a similar service coordinator, scheduling, or office-based role preferred
*
Strong organisational and time management skills
*
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*
Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems
*
Able to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
*
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
*
A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude
