To ensure excellent food hygiene practice is observed in the entire food chain from storage through to preparation and service.
To ensure HACCP, COSHH compliance within the kitchen and all Food & Beverage outlets.
Ensure the kitchen equipment is in working order; report any maintenance issues to your Head Chef. Knowledge of the Hotel product and the organisation.
Ensure the correct storage of all food items and deliveries are adhered to.
Always ensuring a high standard of personal hygiene and personal presentation.
Commis Chef will actively assist in stock, order and audit procedures
