What You’ll Do
As a Food
& Beverage Team Leader, you will:
* Lead, inspire, and energise
your team to deliver first-class service and
seamless operations
* Oversee daily front-of-house
restaurant and bar operations
* Motivate and develop staff, ensuring high performance and engagement
* Drive revenue and efficiency, making a profitable contribution to the park
* Champion guest satisfaction, creating an exceptional dining experience
* Ensure compliance with health,
safety, and hygiene regulations
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated and experienced leader who
is:
* Passionate about hospitality and
guest experience
* Experienced in a Food & Beverage Team Leader or
similar supervisory role
* A strong
communicator and organiser, able to manage a
fast-paced environment
* Confident in decision-making
and problem-solving
* A true team player who can inspire and develop others
