Skilled Workshop Joiner
Location: Northern Ireland
Salary: £16.29 per hour (starting rate), with earning potential up to £37,000 depending on experience and progression
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 39 hours per week (5 days or compressed 4-day week option)

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality bespoke joinery, working from technical drawings and using a combination of modern machinery and traditional hand tools.
Key Responsibilities
* Manufacture bespoke joinery items from detailed drawings and specifications
* Measure, cut, assemble, and finish timber products to a high standard
* Operate workshop machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
* Carry out quality checks on all finished products
* Work closely with other joiners and production staff to meet deadlines
* Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment in line with health and safety requirements
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Workshop Joiner
* NVQ Level 3 in Joinery or Carpentry, or completion of a recognised apprenticeship
* Strong experience producing high-quality joinery within a workshop environment
* Ability to read and interpret technical and manufacturing drawings
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
