Are you an experienced IT Support professional looking for a varied and hands‑on role within a busy, fast‑moving business? We are partnering with a growing company operating across multiple sites and need an IT Support Technician to join our close‑knit technical team.
What You'll Be Doing
* Act as the first point of contact for IT support across three sites and remote users
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
* Install, configure, and maintain IT systems including servers, networks, and desktop devices
* Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, O365, SharePoint, and Exchange users
* Oversee data backups, system security, and patch management
* Support data reporting and analytics using tools like PostgreSQL, HFSQL, and MSSQL
* Get involved in new IT projects such as e‑commerce and data analytics developments
What We Are Looking For
* Proven experience supporting end users in a multi‑site IT environment
* Strong problem‑solving and organisational skills
* Confident communicator with a customer‑focused mindset
* Familiarity with ticketing systems, Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft Server
* A proactive approach and willingness to learn new technologies
Desirable but Not Essential
* Exposure to Power BI, Docuware, or Merlin ERP
* Basic coding knowledge or scripting experience
