Overview
* Join a highly regarded Construction and Engineering team based in Leeds, recognised for advising on major development and construction projects across the UK
* Work with a diverse client base including developers, contractors, housebuilders and commercial organisations across multiple sectors
* Advise on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters, supporting complex and high-value projects
* Collaborate closely with senior colleagues while also mentoring and supporting the development of junior team members
* Play an active role in building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
* Work alongside colleagues across the wider commercial practice on cross-disciplinary matters
* Qualified Construction Solicitor with 5+ years\' PQE in construction law
* Strong background in non-contentious construction work with experience advising on complex matters
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a confident and commercial approach
* Proactive, collaborative and capable of managing a busy and varied workload
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver practical and client-focused advice
