This is a true generalist role where you will support with the following: Building relationships with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and support with a variety of HR projects Providing HR guidance and coaching to managers on performance management, employee relations, and other HR-related issues Supporting the business with a variety of departmental restructures and broader workforce planning Leading the talent management and succession planning process, ensuring a pipeline of skilled and engaged employees Driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention Supporting training and development to ensure employees have the necessary skills Managing complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations Fostering a culture focussed on equality, diversity, inclusion and sustainability The successful candidate for this role will be a credible and engaging HR generalist with a proven track record in establishing effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
