This is a full-time office based role assisting a busy Residential Property / Conveyancing department based in Canterbury.
You will have a min of 6 months experience assisting with residential conveyancing matters which includes opening files, speaking to clients, chasing enquiries/searches and assisting with exchanges and completions (including post completions work).
You must be IT literate, have experience with Case Management systems and work well as part of a team. xsngvjr
