Position
A car driver position for individuals with autism or ADHD awareness. Training will be provided.
Hours
4 hours per week distributed across 2 days. Days are flexible.
Background Checks
May require a DBS check. The cost will be covered by NPTCBC. If the role involves working with children, a DBS check is compulsory before commencement.
References
If requested by the employer, two satisfactory references must be provided. This post is subject to a 1‑month trial period and a probationary period of up to 6 months.
Compensation
Wages will be paid on a four‑weekly or monthly basis once a valid National Insurance (NI) number has been provided. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and the employer will conduct document checks prior to commencement.
Benefits and Entitlements
You will receive the appropriate annual leave entitlement and all other statutory entitlements. Details will be set out in your contract of employment. You will also be issued a Personal Assistants Handbook upon commencement.
Training
You will be expected to undertake any mandatory training identified as relevant to this post. The cost of mandatory training will be met through direct payment. Failure to attend may result in your employment offer being withdrawn.
