5. Reconcile supplier statements and maintain accurate accounts payable records.
6. Assist with month-end closing activities, including ledger reconciliations.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
8. Respond to queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
9. Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad hoc administrative tasks.
10. Contribute to process improvements within the accounts payable function.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
