£30,416 Chelmsford Temporary, Full Time We are looking for a Planner for a15 monthFTC to undertake effective planning work, coordination of teams, administrativedutiesand financial and statistical functions in support of all Operations teams providing excellent planned maintenance, responsive repairs, empty homes,complianceand grounds services. Whatyou'llbe doing Co-ordinate resources across alltradesteams, including contractors, to ensure that the right number of people with the right skills are in place to achieve businessobjectives.
Effectively schedule all works, projects and inspections and organise materials,logistics, equipment and waste clearance to maximise the efficient use of resources, improve productivity and provide an excellent service to customers.
Act as an ambassador to live CHPs values, takingappropriate actionto ensure that customers are well informed and feel safe in their homes, by collecting property data, checking customerdetailsand providingappropriate customeradvice and support.
Undertake administrative,financialand analytical activities to support the general operation of the Operations team whererequired.
Take responsibility, in conjunction with colleagues, for creating and implementing customer focussed business procedures / processes which ensureaccurate/ efficient work planning, administrative and support services, andeliminateany non-value activities for Operational teams.
What we are looking for Evidence of attainment of good literacy and numeracy,eg, through GCSEs or equivalent) or equivalent demonstrable prior learning.
Experience of office systems and procedures, ideally in a repairs reporting,maintenanceor scheduling role.
High levelof computer literacy including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word,Exceland Outlook).
Experience of working in a customer focused environment.
Able to prioritise work and manage conflicting deadlines.
