Street Scene Operative – Kidderminster (DY10)
£12.21 per hour rising to £13.88 | Full Time | Immediate Start
We are currently recruiting for a Street Scene Operative to work with a local authority team in Kidderminster (DY10). This is a full-time, ongoing role with consistent hours and a pay increase after 12 weeks.
Pay & Hours
* £12.21 per hour (rising to £13.88 after 12 weeks)
* 37 hours per week
* Wednesday to Sunday
* 07:00 – 15:00 shifts
* Immediate start available
* Ongoing until at least June 2026
The Role
Working as part of the street scene team, duties will include:
* Litter picking and emptying bins
* Sweeping streets and public areas
* Graffiti removal
* Clearing fly tipping and debris
* Weed removal and general grounds maintenance
* Planting and environmental upkeep
What We’re Looking For
* Physically fit and happy working outdoors in all weather
* Reliable and able to commit to full-time hours
* Good work ethic and team player
* Previous grounds maintenance or street cleansing experience preferred
Essential Requirements
* Full UK driving licence
* Right to work in the UK
* References required prior to start
