About the Opportunity
Capital Outsourcing Group is expanding our team of skilled Copper Engineers to support major national projects on the Openreach network. If you have hands‑on copper experience, we can offer immediate starts, long‑term work, and strong earning potential.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Completing copper fault diagnostics and repairs at customer premises
* Working both overhead (poles) and underground (ducts)
* Installing, testing, and signing off copper lines
* Using smart tech to follow work packs and complete job documentation
* Delivering high‑quality work to safety and compliance standards
* Working independently and as part of a wider field team
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working on the Openreach copper network
* Comfortable working outdoors and at height (up to approx. 15m)
* Strong problem‑solver with good attention to detail
* Full UK manual licence (held 12+ months, max 6 points)
* Ideally held: SA001, SA002, SA020, SA029, Streetworks 01, E1, F5, F17, C4 (Expired? We’ll retrain you free)
* Experience with CityFibre is also welcomed
