Aftersales Advisor – Hinckley
Basic: £24,500
Monday–Friday | 38.5 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Aftersales Advisor to join a leading car supermarket. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you’ll be the link between customers, warranty providers, and repair agents — ensuring every interaction delivers outstanding service.

What you’ll be doing:
5. Coordinating efficiently between customers, warranty providers, and repair agents
6. Handling inbound and outbound calls to resolve queries quickly and professionally
7. Managing customer complaints with empathy and clear communication
8. Providing regular updates and clear advice throughout the repair or claims process
9. Ensuring all customer needs and expectations are met to a high standard
What we’re looking for:
10. Proven experience in a customer service role (motor trade experience desirable)
11. Confident communicator with strong PC and administration skills
12. Personable and professional approach with excellent problem-solving ability
13. Resilient, adaptable, and able to multitask in a busy environment
14. Technical or vehicle knowledge is advantageous but not essential
