Responsibilities
The Sales Consultant is responsible for delivering sales targets across the Coty portfolio in a specific store by providing outstanding customer service, executing in-store excellence, and building retailer support.
Your focus:
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with strong numeracy and literacy skills.
* Demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service.
* Work as part of a team.
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to genuinely “consult.”
* Show ownership and accountability.
* Be passionate about beauty with exceptional grooming standards.
* Ensure store standards are met and maintain counters and fixtures.

The team consists of 3–10 BA’s (store dependent) and you will work closely with departments such as VM, PMP and Sales. You will be surrounded by colleagues who are passionate about customer service and bring diverse knowledge and energy to the business.
