Assist in managing recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, and onboarding.

Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects to enhance organisational efficiency.
Deliver training sessions and workshops on HR policies and procedures as required.

A successful HR Advisor should have:
Previous experience in a Human Resources role, ideally within the education sector.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
