Bank Physiotherapy Administration Assistant
Hours: Flexible, Zero-hour contract
Location: Buckshaw, Chorley
The role:
We are looking for a Bank Administrative Assistant to join our team at Buckshaw Hospital. You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise.
The role acts as a central point of contact for Physiotherapy for Fulwood, Euxton and Buckshaw Hospital, managing information flow, diary management, and documentation to free up the physiotherapists to complete their role.
What you will bring:
1. Experience in a front facing or customer service role
2. Strong IT skills
3. Maths/English to GCSE level or equivalent
4. Proven organisational and communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
5. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including databases
6. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and consultants on a day-to-day basis applying appropriate methods and interpersonal skills
7. Positive, willing attitude
8. Self-motivated and possess strong organisational, interpersonal and above all customer service skills.
9. Previous use of an Electronic Patient Record system (desired not required)
Where you will be based:
Buckshaw Hospital is the third day case hospital to have been built and opened by Ramsay in the last four years. Buckshaw Hospital is located at Matrix Park, Buckshaw Village, Chorley. It is an extension of services offered by Euxton and Fulwood Hall Hospitals. Buckshaw Hospital provides further capacity to treat patients in and around the local area, but it develops the service model we already offer in the North West, delivering the best care and patient experience.
