This practice has developed an excellent reputation in the local market and boasts a very low staff turnover rate. They are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their Truro office.
Responsibilities
* Working with a client portfolio of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
* Year-end accounts preparation
* VAT and bookkeeping
* Bank reconciliations
Qualifications
This role would ideally suit an AAT qualified candidate or similar, though this client is happy to consider applicants who haven’t undergone formal qualifications. Previous experience in accountancy practice is essential due to the technical nature of the role, and it would be beneficial if you have strong experience in cloud-based accountancy software.
