We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team in London, United Kingdom. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth overnight operations and maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.  * Perform end-of-day accounting procedures, including balancing daily transactions and preparing overnight reports
 * Verify and reconcile guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies
 * Provide exceptional customer service during check-ins, check-outs, and throughout the night shift
 * Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and problem-solving to ensure a positive experience
 * Maintain a safe and secure environment for both guests and employees
 * Generate and distribute various financial and operational reports
 * Collaborate with other departments to address any guest-related issues or concerns
 * Monitor and update room inventory and availability
 * Handle credit card transactions, and other forms of payment accurately
 * Perform additional front desk duties as needed during the night shift
 * Open Breakfast buffet for next morning
Qualifications
 * Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
 * Excellent customer service orientation with a guest-focused approach
 * Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., OPERA Cloud) and Microsoft Excel
 * Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
 * Basic accounting knowledge and ability to handle financial transactions accurately
 * Flexibility to work overnight shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
 * Ability to work independently and make decisions in the absence of daytime management
 * Strong time management and organizational skills
 * High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
 * Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures
