Hours
* Shifts are scheduled between 7:00am and 7:00pm, across 5 days out of 7.
* While the schedule mainly covers Monday to Friday, you may also be required to work weekends and occasional late nights.

* Leading Your Team: Coaching, supervising, and motivating your team to achieve their best, while creating a positive and supportive work environment.
* Driving Success: Supporting the team to meet sales targets, maximize income, and manage resources efficiently.
* Maintaining Standards: Upholding high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
* Contributing to Growth: Working with your manager to identify opportunities to improve and enhance our operations.
About You

* A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
* Experience in a food and beverage environment, with confidence in supervising teams.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and guide others.
