All of the training we provide will teach you everything you need to know to succeed, but there are a few essential requirements you'll need to start.
* Have a proof of right to work in the place where you will be based (U.K). This must be uploaded on workforce prior to your force shift. This is a legal requirement
* Have a U.K bank account
* Be able to converse in English and to understand the language to complete training and other duties associated with your job role
* Have a fixed place of residence within reasonable travelling distance of your place of work.

A day in the life:
* Work as a team throughout the business to achieve the company's goals
* Deliver consistently high standards of cleanliness
* Build, maintain and enhance customer relations (e.g. recommend some of our products) to enrich their experiences during their visits. Encourage customer loyalty by consistent good performance
* Be aware of, and knowledgeable about, all promotions, events and new products introduced, seeking support, if required
* Receive and customer orders, achieving our service standards at all times
* Respond to any customer feedback in a positive and helpful manner, seeking support, if required. Feed back all complaints to the management team.
* Take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness by adopting a 'clean as you go' philosophy (including, but not limited to, staff areas, external areas, toilets, bar and glass wash, customer areas.)
* Carry out any reasonable task as requested by the management team to meet the needs of the business
* Adopt a C25 and drunk policy. Ensuring anyone who looks under 25 is asked to provide I.D in forms of driving license, passport or anything with the pass hologram on it. (Pass hologram cards should be passed to a supervisor to scan via the app to check authenticity). Ensure customers who appear drunk are not served as this is against the law.
* Ensure all the daily cleaning tasks for bar and glass wash room are completed to a high standard and timely manner
* Ensure back bars and anything in customer view is tidy at all times
* Ensure the bar top is kept clean and dry at all times
* Ensure enough ice and fruit is available for speed of service
* Use the correct bins and adopt a culture whereby plastics, cans & general waste are separated so relevant items are recycled
* Fill the bar fridges up daily, labels facing forward so this looks neat to customers viewing. Fill from the back for stock rotation purposes.
