Working under the Facilities Management team, and reporting to the Cleaning and Catering Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to join West Midlands Fire Service as a Cleaning and Catering Supervisor. The team currently services 38 fire stations, our transport workshop, a command development training facility, and our Headquarters in central Birmingham.
Responsibilities
* Deliver and support cleaning and catering operations across multiple sites
* Carry out cleaning of station kitchens and other facilities
* Supervise and support cleaning staff, ensuring standards are met and provide ongoing development
* Assist the Cleaning and Catering Manager with administration and staff management
* Work closely with the wider Facilities Management team, supporting compliance and other administrative duties as required
Experience and Skills
