We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead our new Bonmarché store opening in Plympton. Situated within this busy suburban shopping area, inside the co-op, the store will benefit from a loyal local customer base and steady footfall throughout the weeks. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of the store’s overall performance, driving sales, managing stock and costs efficiently, and leading and developing a motivated team. You’ll ensure high standards of customer service and visual presentation are maintained, creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience.

As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
