Your next role
As our next Business Systems Analyst, you will be a key member of the IT Team and will become a specialist in a number of business-critical Business Line IT systems. You will work with a team who provide advice, support and training to a wide range of users and make systems changes were required, in line with best practice and supplier engagement.
You will be part of a team that promote digital technologies to enable and transform service delivery and resident engagement.
Skills required include:
1. Experience managing a key line of business system within a large organization.
2. Experience of live, dev, test and train environments and product lifecycles.
3. Strong customer service experience.
4. Training staff and team colleagues.
5. Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines with a good attention to detail.
6. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise.
7. Able to work as part of a team and independently.
8. Proven documentation skills.
You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act – for the effective performance of a customer-facing role).
