About the Role

As a Customer Service Reception Apprentice, you’ll be the welcoming face of our business, playing a key role in delivering exceptional front-of-house service. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service, administration, and office coordination while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Greeting visitors and managing reception duties with professionalism and warmth
* Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate departments
* Supporting administrative tasks including mail handling, organisation of meeting rooms, and office supplies
* Assisting with internal communications and supporting the wider Customer Service team with Customer Order Processing and general queries
* Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
* Learning about customer service best practices and office operations

Qualifications

* A genuine Customer Focus, demonstrating our commitment to delivering an exceptional Customer Experience
* Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities, coupled with a proactive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
* Good written and verbal communication skills and an interest in Customer Service and Office Administration
* Ability to collaborate and work in a team
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
