Teaching Personnel is recruiting for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a well-regarded primary school in Barry from September.
This role is suited to a confident and capable TA who can hit the ground running, support across the classroom, and contribute positively to pupil progress and engagement.

The Role:
* Provide classroom support across KS1 or KS2
* Deliver targeted interventions and support small groups
* Assist the class teacher with planning support activities and adapting resources
* Build strong relationships with pupils to support learning and behaviour
* Support pupils with varying abilities, including those requiring additional support

The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school
* Strong understanding of classroom routines and expectations
* Confident supporting literacy and numeracy interventions
* Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently when required
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
