Account Manager
* Cheltenham, UK
* Business Area: Engineering
* Hybrid working / flexible hours. Free parking on site.

JOB PURPOSE
To be responsible for the successful delivery of contingent (& some permanent) recruitment services and managing vacancies through the full recruitment process from vacancy approval through to onboarding.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Serve as the lead point of contact and escalation point for all recruitment & account management matters within their designated client area
* Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships
* Work closely and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders. This may include Delivery Managers, Recruiters, Reports, Contractor
* Where appropriate Manage the Preferred Supplier Agencies to ensure partnership & engagement at all times.
* Identify areas of concern within the account (lack of fulfilment, time to hire etc.) and offer solutions.
* Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders.
* Ensure a timely and successful delivery of customer solutions according to customer needs and objectives
* Seeks to understand clients’ short and long-term demand plans.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
* Previous experience of managing a large or national account
* Sales driven - willing to develop clients further in order to maximise opportunities.
* Experience of influencing senior stakeholders
* Strong evidence of customer and client focus
* Able to build relationships through influencing, persuasion, and support.
* Demonstrate excellent networking skills internally and externally and actively able to use contacts to continually develop your account.
* Demonstrate a ‘Role Model’ commitment to self-development, creating a culture of learning & self-development within Operations and fosters
* A proven, intricate understanding of Managed Service/RPO models and a proven track record in delivering such programmes.
* Experience in an on-site recruitment environment (either in-house or agency) managing complex client situations
* An exceptional ability to listen,
