Responsibilities

* Managing and converting a high volume of inbound phone, email, and live chat enquiries, ensuring each customer receives a timely and solution‑focused response
* Utilise technology to ensure sales and account management expectations are met.
* Cross‑sell and upsell products when it’s appropriate to increase sales.
* Support the business by covering Sales Manager responsibilities during periods of absence.
* Converting outbound opportunities into confirmed sales
* Liaising with the dispatch team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.


Qualifications and Experience

* Previous sales or telesales experience is desirable but not essential with the right attitude
* Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly with customers
* Excellent relationship building and client‑facing skills
* Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
* A proven ability to convert leads into sales is preferred
* Driven by results and relationships and the ambition to succeed


Salary and Benefits

In return, the successful Sales Advisor will receive a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 (£55K OTE), plus the following benefits…
