About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Assurance After-Sales Agent to join our expanding team. This role focuses on engaging customers who have recently purchased finance, offering them valuable aftersales protection products including warranty, breakdown cover, and GAP insurance.
Working from a warm lead dialler system, you will contact customers directly referred from our inhouse finance, meaning no cold calling, just high-quality leads ready to convert.
What We Offer
1. Competitive basic salary of £26,000 – £30,000 depending on experience.
2. Uncapped commission, with realistic earnings of £60,000+.

Key Responsibilities
6. Contact warm leads via our automated dialler to discuss aftersales protection options.
7. Professionally promote and sell warranty, breakdown, and GAP insurance products.
8. Conduct thorough customer needs assessments to complete a product presentation and pitch.
9. Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and productivity KPIs.
10. Provide exceptional customer assurance, ensuring compliance and clarity throughout the customer journey.
11. Maintain accurate records and adhere to all regulatory and internal processes.
About You
What We’re Looking For
12. Proven experience in a sales role (Telephone-based experience advantageous).
13. Experience selling warranty, breakdown, GAP insurance, or other relevant financial/insurance products is highly desirable but not required.
14. A driven, self-motivated individual with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
15. Confident communicator with excellent persuasive and relationship-building skills.
16. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-focused environment.
