CNC Mill/Turn Programmer – Aerospace Components

The role:


You’ll be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC machines to produce high-precision components to exacting aerospace standards. Working closely with Planning, Quality, and other departments, you’ll help develop new manufacturing methods for both prototype and repeat work.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Program, set, and operate CNC Mill/Turn machines and other turning equipment to tight tolerances
2. Develop manufacturing methods for new product introductions
3. Work with a variety of materials including Stainless Steel, Nylon, Titanium, Inconel & Aluminium
4. Record accurate job timings in the ERP system
5. Maintain 6S standards on the shop floor
