The Lead Technical Project Manager oversees the project management, planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of Infusion Care new product development and lifecycle management projects in accordance with agreed scope, timing, and budget. The role requires driving cross-functional project and/or program execution through collaboration with various functional groups, including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver high-priority projects on time, within scope and budget.
* Establish and nurture a high-performing team culture.
* Create detailed project plans, identify activities, and allocate resources.
* Coordinate workstreams within cross-functional teams and integrate into master schedules.
* Develop communication plans and manage stakeholder engagement.
* Review project progress with senior management and adjust plans as needed.
* Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
* Ensure compliance with Design Control and Business processes, including Gate reviews and adherence to IDEAL process.
* Maintain proper documentation and archiving of project information.
* Support the development and enhancement of project management tools and processes.
Skills & Experience
* 7+ years managing and delivering New Product Development projects.
* Experience developing medical devices preferred.
* Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, MS Teams, SAP, and project management software.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Leadership and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to development and problem-solving.
Qualifications/Education
* BSc in Engineering or Science; MSc preferred.
* Project management certification (PMP, APM, or similar) preferred.
Travel Requirements
Up to 25% travel within the US and Europe, including overnight trips.
