Cover Supervisors play a crucial role within schools, whether on a daily, long-term, or permanent basis. While the role does not include lesson planning or preparation, excellent communication and effective classroom management skills are essential.
Key Requirements
Possession of CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification, or a minimum of six months’ relevant experience
Confidence in managing classes of students aged 11 to 16+
Ability to maintain positive behaviour and engagement within the classroom
Flexibility to work across various departments and with different age groups on a daily basis
