An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Block Manager to join a respected property management team based in Clevedon. This role offers a varied and rewarding portfolio with the chance to build long-term relationships with residents and clients.
The Role
* Managing a portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard.
* Attending site visits and residents' meetings as required.
* Overseeing budgets, service charge expenditure, and maintenance programmes.
* Coordinating contractors and suppliers to ensure effective delivery of works.
* Handling leaseholder and client queries promptly and professionally.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practice.
The Person
* Previous experience in residential block management is essential.
* Strong understanding of service charge budgeting and lease obligations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
* A team player who can also work independently and take ownership of their portfolio.
* IRPM qualification desirable but not essential.
The Package
* Salary £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
