Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join a Private Hospital in Winchester. This is a temporary ongoing position with the opportunity to go perm.
Responsibilities for this Receptionist role:
* Welcoming in patients to the hospital
* Ensuring the waiting area remains neat and tidy
* Speaking to Patients via the telephone and answering any enquires
* Booking patients in for appointments
* Updating the booking system
* Ad hoc admin tasks
Requirements for this Receptionist role:
* Must have a basic DBS check
* Experience of working within a similar role is beneficial
* Ability to work under pressure
* Highly organised
The role:
* This is a temporary role with the opportunity to go perm
* Working hours are, Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm - for this role, you must be flexible and able to work a couple of Saturdays a month, as well as work a late evening shift weekly (up until 8pm)
* £12.21 per hour
