Responsibilities
* Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
* Take accurate food and drink orders, using basic maths skills to process transactions efficiently.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen space.
* Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing knowledgeable recommendations.
* Handle guest complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
* Strong understanding of food safety practices and procedures.
* Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* A passion for providing exceptional guest services and creating memorable dining experiences.
* Team player with the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team setting.
