Your Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a secured environments project with a key client. You’ll be instrumental in delivering high-quality construction projects valued between £5m - £15m. Collaborate with our experienced team to ensure commercial success and foster strong client relationships. We’re looking for someone who is collaborative, proactive, and eager to grow in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will:
* Manage project finances to maximize gross margin and support budgeted profitability.
* Tender, evaluate, and appoint subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
* Measure, value, and agree on work to support invoicing and payments.
* Identify and negotiate contract variations with clients and the supply chain.
* Produce monthly commercial reports and accurate cost forecasts.
What We’re Looking For:
This role is perfect for you if:
* You have experience in a similar quantity surveying role within construction.
* You hold a relevant qualification (degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying is desirable).
* You possess strong communication skills and enjoy building relationships with diverse teams.
* You are organized, detail-focused, and able to work collaboratively towards shared goals.
* You are comfortable using IT packages, including Microsoft Office, and are eager to continue your professional development.
