£14.53 per hour. Female only due to the needs of the service. Typical shifts are 7am – 7pm, including weekends on a rota.

Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our residential service in Hindhead. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!
As a Senior Support Worker with us you’ll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. Responsibilities may include allocating shifts, booking in training, inducting new colleagues, supporting with supervision, ordering medication and ensuring the people we support are supported to manage their finances. Our Seniors remain central to providing day-to-day support.

We’re interested in our Senior Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. At this service, Seniors should have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care, as well as experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma.
