Go-To-Market Strategy Consultant – Healthcare
A client in the healthcare industry is seeking a Commercial Strategy Consultant to join the team for a four‑week project.
You will lead the development of a go‑to‑market strategy focused on referral‑based patient acquisition, reporting to senior stakeholders across medical, marketing, and commercial functions.
Responsibilities
* Analyse referral channels and estimate market size and referral volumes within a defined geographic area
* Assess cost of patient acquisition across different referral routes
* Conduct stakeholder interviews and desk research to inform strategy
Requirements
* 5+ years of consulting experience in commercial strategy within the healthcare space
* Industry experience in fertility services is highly advantageous
* Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience conducting interviews and synthesising insights into actionable outputs

* Day rate: Up to £1,000 Ltd depending on experience
