You’ll be the go-to person who will take the time to communicate with the Front of House Team about what’s happening in the Kitchen and assist with anything they may need, from your personal favorite menu items to helping them understand allergens.

When orders start coming through, you’re the champion ensuring every item goes out on time and looks perfect, maintaining high quality standards.
As the go-to person in the kitchen, you'll also be responsible for preparing for big events, keeping track of food supplies, and ensuring all safety rules are followed. Making sure everything is super clean and top-notch. Imagine impressing EHO every time they visit!
