Experience required…
Essential:
8. Experience within the UK Civil Engineering industry – typically 5 to 8 years
9. Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a related subject
10. Possess a current and valid NEC4 Project Manager Accreditation.
11. Able to manage all aspects of the NEC4 contract, including risk management, change control, and dispute resolution
12. Have demonstrable experience in managing roads and bridges projects.
13. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and local authorities.
14. Proven ability to manage project budgets and schedules effectively.
15. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
16. Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
17. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
18. Monitor project progress and reporting regularly to senior management.
19. Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges
20. A full UK driving licence
