Important This is NOT a HR role This is NOT a Defined Benefit (DB) pensions role This opportunity sits within a specialist Employee Benefits Consultancy, supporting corporate clients with Defined Contribution (DC) workplace pensions and Auto Enrolment. Applications from candidates with DB-only experience will not be suitable. The Role We are working with a successful and growing Employee Benefits consultancy who are expanding their DC pensions administration team. You will support a portfolio of SME and corporate clients with the administration of workplace pension schemes and related employee benefits, ensuring accurate, compliant and timely delivery. Key responsibilities include: Administration of Defined Contribution (DC) workplace pension schemes Processing Auto Enrolment (AE), opt-outs and re-enrolment New joiner and leaver processing Pension contribution and member event processing Maintaining and updating pension records and databases Processing Letters of Authority and pension transfers Responding to client, provider and adviser queries (email, phone and written correspondence) Supporting employee communications relating to salary sacrifice, AE changes and tax relief Liaising with advisers and employers to arrange client meetings This is a consultancy-based role you will work closely with advisers and external employers, not within an internal HR department. About You To be considered, you must have: Proven Defined Contribution (DC) / Workplace Pensions Administration experience Strong knowledge of Auto Enrolment legislation and compliance Experience working with pension providers A solid understanding of pension scheme administration processes Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Desirable (but not essential): Exposure to wider employee benefits such as Group Life Assurance, PMI, Income Protection, Dental or Cash Plans Studying towards CII qualifications (study support available) Why Join?
