We are seeking a commercially driven and highly organised Inbound Lead Manager to play a pivotal role in converting marketing-generated demand into qualified commercial opportunities.
The role is remote but ideally we would like candidates based within an hour of Leicester or Northampton for initial training and meetings.
This is a critical revenue enablement role, acting as the bridge between marketing activity and partner‑led business development. The position has been created to establish a scalable, repeatable lead management process that improves conversion rates, enhances client experience, and maximises return on marketing investment.
The Inbound Lead Manager will take ownership of all inbound enquiries generated through channels including PPC, SEO, website enquiries, and other digital marketing activity, ensuring every opportunity is responded to promptly, qualified consistently, and progressed effectively.
This role will reduce reliance on individual partners for early‑stage lead handling, improve pipeline visibility, and help create a more predictable and scalable revenue engine.

* Ensure every opportunity has a clearly defined next action.
* Track and record lead source attribution, conversion stages, and outcomes.
* Maintain pipeline hygiene and eliminate “orphaned” opportunities.
* Provide visibility and reporting on funnel performance and lead progression.
Marketing & Stakeholder Collaboration
* Act as the operational link between the marketing team and partners.
* Work closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
* Support optimisation of PPC, SEO, and broader inbound marketing investment through performance insights.
* Collaborate with partners to ensure smooth transition of qualified opportunities.
Client Experience
* Deliver a professional, responsive, and consistent first‑touch experience for prospective clients.
* Ensure all prospects receive timely, well‑managed communication reflective of the firm’s brand and service standards.
