Your tasks
1. Lead and improve the plant-specific strategy while targeting improvement opportunities, continuously align plant-specific strategy with General Management and Central Production Systems Team in Germany.
2. Lead and improve communication and networking within the plant.
3. Maintain plant BPS skill matrix, plant lean method key users, track BPS training plan progress, and facilitate the qualification of the plant team.
4. Serve as a mentor to train and coach lean personnel for further development of lean methodology based on standardized trainings.
5. Track, analyze, and evaluate plant performance and result achievement (Management Information System - MIS KPIs).
6. Perform improvement activities (Accelerated Process Improvements - API) and facilitate BPS.
7. Conduct assessments and audits within the plant.
8. Enhance good practice sharing and toolbox of lean methods within the plant and regional network.
9. Lead plant improvement activities, cost reduction, and efficiency optimization projects, including BiM, Lean@Brose, and VSM.
10. Analyze value streams in both concept designs and series production.
11. Contribute to regional and international Lean and BPS rollouts.
Your profile
1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with 3-5 years’ experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Audit experience, project management, and moderation experience.
3. Basic knowledge of SAP transactions, IATF standards, Value Stream Analysis, and Toyota Production Systems.
