About the Role
Ashford College, part of the East Kent Colleges Group, is seeking a Maths Supply Lecturer to join the approved staffing list. The role offers flexible working across the week, supporting students in a college environment.
Responsibilities
* Teach, train and assess students in Maths.
* Ensure a high-quality learning experience.
* Provide support to learners to enable them to achieve their maximum potential.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, creative, able to plan and teach engaging lessons, and have demonstrated interpersonal skills. Experience teaching from Level 1 up to Level 3 is desirable.
Salary and Working Hours
Pay rate is £18 per hour. Additional half an hour for planning and admin may be claimed per hour of teaching. The rate of £140 per day reflects 5 hours of teaching with 2.5 hours of planning and admin.
