Transport Coordinator
Full-time | 45 hours per week | On-site parking
Flying Hire Ltd are seeking a proactive Transport Coordinator to support our busy transport and fleet operations. Reporting to the Transport Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and compliant running of vehicles and machinery while assisting with day-to-day transport planning and administration.
What you'll do:
* Support transport planning, scheduling, and documentation
* Maintain accurate vehicle, service, and compliance records
* Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth deliveries and collections
* Provide administrative support across the transport team
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in transport, logistics, or fleet coordination
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Knowledge of transport regulations and compliance
* Confident communicator with good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
* Flexible and able to work under pressure
