We are working with a fantastic law firm based near Basildon who are looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal to work on a full-time permanent basis.
Typical duties would include:
* Preparing document bundles for fee earners as required.
* The role primarily involves providing assistance to the solicitors within the department in relation to a mix of client work.
* Carrying out legal tasks is required, including drafting tasks in relation to legal documentation.
* Drafting correspondence, preparation of SDLT returns and Land Registry forms and liaising directly with clients.
* Communicate effectively with clients and relevant parties.
* Attending meetings and taking notes as required.
* Maintain case files and ensure regulatory and procedural compliance.
The successful candidate:
* A law degree or previous paralegal experience
* An interest or experience working within Commercial Property
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Well organised with a high level of attention to detail
* Good client facing skills and able to build positive relationships.
